“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? [Mathew 5/13] Today, during the garden walk, I discovered that my favorite plant sugar snap peas is beginning to bloom. First bloom has arrived, which gives the hope of pea pods to follow. Very exciting moment it was to see the first bloom of the pea. Among the seeds I sowed, I admire sugar snap peas. It is so cheerful, lush, and fast growing. Sugar snap pea is one among the first and fast growers in my garden. Their cheerful arrival by quick germination inspired me and motivated me continuously. I was so inspired, that I sowed them as one row in all the beds I prepared. While other seeds take long time to germinate, sugar snap peas germination came as an evangelizer of good news, and they appeared as though announcing to me that all is fine under the soil in the newly prepared bed.  Their acceptance of my amateur garden beds even pushed me to the joyful thrills. They grow lush and

Vegetable garden Harvest: Already the one who reaps is receiving wages and gathering fruit for eternal life, so that sower and reaper may rejoice together." John 4/36

It is a busy morning. Morning cooking is underway. It is also a very special day. The day of the first harvest from the vegetable garden. The harvest reaching to the kitchen is the special. I am preparing a new recipe using the humble first harvest of the baby radishes with greens. Sizzling onions and garlic spread the aroma through the kitchen, softening tender tomatoes merge itself with the oil, onion, garlic, and green peppers. I add the clean fresh tender cuts of the baby radishes with green just harvested from my garden. It is absolutely a tender feeling I have towards them, when I place them into the frying pan among the seasoning materials. So joyful and I am so thankful to God in honoring my hard work with these harvest. I stir them with little salt and grounded peanut powder and I see them cooked into a tasty green dish. I taste my harvest for the first time, it is yummy and delicious. Totally, it is a trans-formative experience. Beautiful experience, it is to cook my own gar

Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation:Genesis

Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation:" The spoken Word of God is "  Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation:" This is the command the earth received directly from God. Following that command earth produces vegetation and fills it self. Earth is a living organism. It is not idle in any given time.  It holds the oceans, seas, springs, falls, rivers, and all its life-giving living water systems within its womb. It contains the exploding volcanoes and its molten rocks within its bowels.  It houses the strong mountains, deep valleys, trenches, plains and fields. It produces all the vegetation; the living organisms of all kinds. It  habitats all the visible and invisible living creatures both in land, seas, and sky. It maintains the sky and atmosphere, we live and breath in. Earth is a living organism.  Earth is very unique in every nature. There is none similar to our earth in the known space to the human science to-date.  Earth is a great gift from

Fourteenth Station: Jesus is laid in the tomb

Fourteenth Station: Jesus is laid in the tomb Leader:  We adore you, O Christ, and we praise you. All:  Because by your holy cross You have redeemed the world. Jesus, your body is prepared for burial. Joseph gave you his own tomb. He laid your body there and rolled a large stone in front of it, then went home. What a sad day it has been for so many people. As a child, sometimes I try to keep everything for myself. I find it hard to share my things with my brothers or sisters and with my friends.  As an adult, I can be selfish too. I can accumulate things and keep them for myself. I try to make sure I have what I want before I share what I have with anybody else. Help me think of Joseph of Arimathea, who risked his own life as he accepted Jesus' body for burial. Help me think of how Joseph loved Jesus so much that he gave him his own tomb. My Jesus, beside Thy body in the tomb I, too, would lie dead; but if I live, let it be for Thee, so as one day to enjoy with Thee in heav

Thirteenth Station: The body of Jesus is taken down from the cross

Thirteenth Station: The body of Jesus is taken down from the cross Leader:  We adore you, O Christ, and we praise you. All:  Because by your holy cross You have redeemed the world. Jesus, how brutally you were put to death. How gently your are taken from the cross. Your suffering and pain are ended, and you are put in the lap of your mother. The dirt and blood are wiped away. You are treated with love.  As a child, sometimes I treat others better when they're sad or in pain. When somebody dies, I become very gentle and kind. I notice the good and kind things people say about those who have died. As an adult, I seem to be kinder when someone dies. If only I could learn to see the good things about them while they were alive. If only I would tell those around me how much I love them, while I still have the opportunity to do so. Help me look for the good in those around me, especially those I love the most. Help me live this day as if it were the last. Help me become a more gent
