Below are 12 quotes  from the Apostolic Exhortation (a proclamation from the modern day Apostles) that followed the Synod,  Familiaris Consortio  ( The Role of the Christian Family in the Modern World ) – 1. “Willed by God in very action of creation, marriage and family are interiorly ordained to fulfillment in Christ and have need of His graces in order to be healed from the wounds of sin and restored to their “beginning,” that is, to full understanding and the full realization of God’s plan” (#3). 2. “The education of the moral conscience, which makes every human being capable of judging and of discerning the proper ways to achieve self-realization according to his or her original truth, thus becomes a pressing requirement that cannot be renounced” (#8). 3. “Spouses are therefore the permanent reminder to the Church of what happened on the Cross; they are for one another and for the children witnesses to the salvation in which the sacrament makes them sharers” (#13). 4. “Th

Preaching of repentance is a pastoral care: From that time Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

"From that time Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Mathew 4/17 Preaching of repentance is pastoral care. Calling for repentance is the good news. Repentance follows forgiveness, peace, and the grace to resist sin.  The heart of evangelization is the good news of salvation, which includes five major concepts, including: God created human with love,  human disobeyed and sinned ( by this we all are sinners), sin separated human from the loving relationship of God, Jesus the son of God became man to redeem us through His death and resurrection in obedience to the Father, repentance and a resolution of turning away from sin brings forgiveness to the human and peace in life. Sin is real and it has hidden cruelty and destruction in its  seductive or enticing approach. Many a times it appears very logical, genuine, and practical in nature. Very many times it may present itself with parcel and packages of societal norms and

Upholding Church teaching and traditions is pastoral care for family, humanity and to the universe: Models of Pastoral care for families

Upholding Church teaching and tradition is pastoral care for family, humanity, and to the universe Church teachings, tradition, and scripture  are not human inventions and they are not amenable for human manipulation. They are the gifts from the holy Trinity. Church traditions are not just history but lived faith archives and models of faith which are laid upon Jesus crucifixion, death, resurrection, ascension, and descending of holy Spirit. Church traditions also composite of life testimonials of models of faith, which are based upon divine intervention and human obedience by response to call, sacrifices, repentance, penance, martyrdom of many kinds, and communion life of saints and lives of human families. Church traditions are the foundations from the lived practices of faith not just written historical documents, but that are based upon the good news of Scripture, theology, and doctrines, but also the treasures of practicing in obedience to the Holy Spirit. Church traditions are

Repentance & Sacrament of Reconciliation: The beginning of conversion, turning away from sin, repentance, and penance

Sacrament of Reconciliation: The beginning of conversion, turning away from sin, repentance, and penance: Answer to all the ages, time and all its issues. The gift of God's mercy, which is administered through the Mother Church. Accommodation or compliance or acceptance or giving unconditional allowance, or by-standing or ignorance of sin are not the ways of mercy or charitable or justice to the human soul. Calling human soul to the repentance is not the act of judging but the act of mercy.   Mercy is truthful, loving, and it is gift from God. Mercy without truth becomes baseless or false mercy. If we do not treat sin as sin, we are leading generations to the eternal fire. It is like giving/ allowing to have a venomous cobra to a child and saying it will not bite or kill you, which is not true, which is not mercy, which is not justice, which is not love in any definition.   Sin leads human soul to the eternal demise, which is against God's plan for human. Sin distort t
