In my view and understanding, praying the liturgy of the hours provides strength, courage, hope, and blessings in all the days, we pray. Many days I have experienced the guidance of our Lord is so visible and tangible through the words of psalms and reading ministering to the day today events of life situations. It is a spirit filled prayer, which is open for all the Christians, particularly for Catholics.

Liturgy of the hours is prayed by all the devoted priests, nuns, religious, monasteries, and lay individuals, secular families among the catholic church all over the word. It is an infinite web of prayer rises towards heaven unceasingly every day. It brings great blessings to join with all the faithful of the mother church to praise God daily. It is a daily offering of sweet fragrance of prayers to our Lord. It is a powerful opportunity to praise God in union with the mother Church.

Liturgy of the hours is a fountain of hope, joy, and blessings. In every day life all of us need these virtues to make our day a meaningful one. Praying this prayer daily brings hope through the words of God. It brings joy by revealing the presence of God near us close to each one of us, in particular specific in addressing day today needs. Some times it makes us to weep in joy with the knowledge of ever loving Father's understanding and knowledge of our situation with unique details. It brings the emmaus experiences sometimes, where we are moved by the joy and comfort of Our Lord's presence.

Liturgy of the hours brings divine promises for the life. The word of God broken and given by the Church through the liturgy of the hours is a daily blessing, which we do not want to miss out. The promises of God becomes live while reading and meditating the liturgy designated for each day, which is blessed by the Mother Church the divine bride and the spouse Our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ resurrected presence is revealed to those who pray, read,and seek.

Next to the Holy Mass, the liturgy of the hours is a divine prayer that unite us with the universal church and its faith, and prayers. Missed prayer is a missed opportunity of our well being and missed participation in God's plan, will, and guidance.
