1.    Gathering and Greeting the sisters: 9am – 915 am
2.    St. Francis song & Office: Morning Prayer




3.    9.30am – 11am: Reflection on St. Clare (Each one come prepared to discuss about St. Clare. Read about St. Clare and pick one or two virtue/s which may apply to your life. Discuss among the group. Each member will get about 3 – minutes chance to discuss your reflection to the group)




4.    Franciscan Crown Rosary & Mid-afternoon Prayer: 11am – 1140 am
5.    Confession: 11.40 to 12 noon: Fr. Lamb
6.    12 Noon: Holy Mass: Fr. Lamb
7.    Lunch: 12.45 – 1.30 pm
8.    Silent self-reflection: 1.30 pm – 2.30 pm

9.    Evening Prayer & St. Francis song & conclusion: 2.30 – 3pm.
