Mother Angelica: Single dedicated woman's holiness can change the world



Mother Angelica had a deeper understanding of the love of Heavenly Father for her. She had a strong conviction on glorifying the majesty and awesomeness of God through her service. She had charisma qualities of  Maria and Martha in her. She reflected the wisdom, joy, and radiance of God's love through her life. She loved the beauty, glory, and the majesty of God.

As a religious woman, she had dedicated her feminine strength, gifts, talents to love the eternal Heavenly king. When multitudes of women in her time, including religious women were trying to redefine or reclaim or come out with revolutionary feminine ideas and roles, Mother Angelica chose to stay faithful to her eternal Bridegroom Jesus Christ, by remaining traditional and yet revolutionized the whole world through her evangelization. Looking back, she is far beyond any feminine revolutionaries of her time in her accomplishments as a woman who is a bride of Jesus Christ. In my understanding, her life is a testament to a life which is fully lived to the power of feminine in partnership with divine Creator.
