Garden of Eden: Then the Lord God planted a garden in Eden

" Then the Lord God planted a garden in Eden, in the East, and there he put the man he had formed. He made all kinds of beautiful trees grow there and produce good fruit. In the middle of the garden stood the tree that gives life and the tree that gives knowledge of what is good and what is bad." Genesis chapter 2/8-9

Then the Lord God planted a garden in Eden

Lord God, by His word created the plants and trees in the world. When He created the man, He planted a garden in Eden. This biblical verse indicates that God planted a garden for Adam to live. He made a home which is filled with trees with good fruits for his nourishment in the garden. When we think of a garden, gardening is a deliberate act, which includes organization, admiration, beauty, and purpose. Gardening is an art which contains a vision and plan. The gardener selects the plants to be planted with his choices and prepare the land with care and then plant the plants and nurture them to grow. In addition, the gardener protects them from the weeds, droughts,animals, and pests. Garden also signifies a special place or home where the man dwelling reside. The gardener built the fence to protect the garden from the intruders. Lord God deliberate action of planting a garden in garden of Eden signifies His love and care for man.In the matters of man God involves his action and presence. Garden of Eden is an evidence of such a divine intervention on human life.

Signifying concepts to ponder:
The care the man received from God is beyond any love
Garden of Eden was planted and developed by God himself
The trees and the fruits were good
Garden of Eden signifies the loving presence and care of God
Each one of us have a garden of Eden in our life provided by heavenly father
Do we recognize this blessing while we live in this earth
Gods plans for our life is to bear good fruits
God also provide the necessary protection for our growth and development
Let us look around us and identify our garden of Eden
