Peace be with you: Individual Contemplative Reflection
Group Reflection on Gospel Readings
Luke 2/14;
“Glory to God in the highest heaven and peace on earth to those with whom he is pleased!”
John 8/12;
Jesus spoke to the Pharisees again. “ I am the light of the world,” he said “ whoever follows me will have the light of life and will never walk in darkness”
Mathew 5/14-16
“You are like light for whole world. A city built on a hill cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it on the lamp stand, where it gives light for every one in the house. In the same way your light must shine before people, so that they will see the good things you do and praise your father in heaven”
Luke 11/ 35
“ Make certain then that the light in you is not darkness. If your whole body is full of light with no part of it in darkness it will be bright all over as when a lamp shines on you with its brightness.”
