A prayer to you Father! Prayer for protection of Mother Church and her Children
Loving Heavenly Father, we thank you for this day, time, and moment in our life. We thank you for for the gifts and fruits of thy presence in our Holy Mother Church. We thank you for her children and their faith throughout the world. We thank you for her first born children who abide in her in faith and profess apostolic tradition and celebrates sacred written word ( Holy Scripture), incarnated redemptive word ( Eucharist), resurrected word ( Apostolic Church), spoken word ( all creations), lived word ( saints), through sacraments, magisterium, and tradition. We thank you for the salvation mission and ministry of Holy Spirit through her children. Faithful Father, we thank you for all those who believe through the lives and evangelization efforts of the Church and her children. We thank you for all her children including believers and non believers alike, as she embraces everyone and adopts all human as her children through her ecumenical apostolic ministry.
We thank you for all our brethren and their ministries, who have gone away from Mother's home and continue to spread the scripture throughout the world on their paths and beliefs, who once took origin from the womb of Holy Mother Church. We thank you for all the returning children of the church and their faith and beliefs. Beloved Father, we thank you for all the children, who are not believers, but look up to mother Church for teaching, preaching, healing, and relationship. Loving Father, we also thank you for all the children who neither believe nor respect the church, as Holy Mother Church waits in prayer and love for their salvation and makes reparation and intercession ministry for their salvation. Loving Father, we bring and pray for entire humanity and all creation in the world and universe, who are the children of holy mother Church as she has adopted them as her children through the salvation ministry of her bridegroom, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Father, have mercy on us and forgive us for the times we failed to believe and trust your presence in the presence of mother Church. Have mercy on us and forgive us for the times we failed to witness and evangelize to spread the good news. Have mercy on us and forgive us for the times we became a stumbling block for the faith of one another both believers and nonbelievers. Have mercy on us and forgive us for the times we failed to live the gifts and fruits of our baptism and call of Christianity. Have mercy on us and forgive us for the times we failed to acknowledge our mother in the world and the times we hide our identity of faith in conforming to the worlds demand. Have mercy on us and forgive us for the times we have surrendered our first born rights and graces of faith in the exchange of the worldly recognition and gains. Have mercy on us and forgive us for the times we failed to proclaim the mercy, grace, gifts, and fruits of the Holy Spirit, in the fear of the fist of worlds standards.Have mercy on us and forgive us for the times we have been selfish and lazy and failed to show our identity of salvation and have hidden the graces we have received through faith and salvation from sharing to others.
Loving Father, we the children of holy Mother Church, your beautiful and sacred bride, pray for the protection of the Church and her children from the tactics of enemy in this world. We pray for the gifts of unity, love, and fellowship among us in Jesus Christ. We pray for new evangelization, new tidings of blessings, new annointings, and new levels of faith to face and minister to our times. Loving Father bless us all and protect us in your open chest wounds as we take refuge in you. Bless us and protect us by thy Holy Name!
