Pope of Faith, Pope of Prayer, Pope of Peace, Pope of Discernment, Pope of Contemplation, Pope of Trust, Pope of Love, Pope of Gentleness, Pope of Courage, Father of Teachers, Faithful student of Holy Spirit!

 I am overwhelmed by Holy Father's immense teaching actions of faith and role model, which I am unworthy to write. He has made a profound historical statement of faith through His action and decision and has become a role model of love, peace, prayer, simplicity, wisdom, discernment, courage, gentleness, and faith. I am struck with awe of Holy Spirit's action, which is so real in this world of our times, and our Holy Father is so courageous to yield and trust God and God alone and entrusting us to the will of the Holy Spirit. His role model is so essential, so vital, even it may be a divine intervention, to the controlling world of today, where from individuals to the world, human flesh is in dominance of control on one side,  Where man has no respect or place for God and faith. Another side, humanity is becoming slave to the technology to the extreme that basic human attributes, intellect, will, discernment, and human faculties are diminishing or loosing their importance day by day, by which human has become his own idol, by which human dignity has faded in the hands of addiction to the technology. In the midst of this humanism supremacy world, where no spirit of surrender and humbleness prevail, Holy Father's humility and humbleness is a historical intervention and a heavenly sign to the humanity to turn and trust God. 

 Holy Father, We love you and We will always remember your sacrifice you have just made in your decision to become a role model of humility to the world. Mother Church loves you for your call, ministry, apostolic tradition, courage, love, faith, teaching,and sacrifices you have made to preach humility to the world. Your teachings and actions are eternal and immortal. Mother Church is so very proud of you.

The following writing is a re-post from last year, which I wrote about  Holy Father in the beginning of year of Faith.

Year of faith is approaching us imminently. Immense and numerous initiatives of faith filled activities are being planned by the Church and the faithful in the church. New evangelization is underway in soul renewing journey. Mother Church along with her children on earth celebrate the faith on earth and in the universe. It is an exciting time of the world for the spiritual observers. Renewal of the world, nations, communities, families, and individual soul is happening in a tangible manner by the will of God, by the action of Holy Spirit, by the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, by the model of protecting holy intercession of Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph,  through the pontificate of Holy Father Benedict the XVI. There is a renewal spirit in the air and in the church dialogues and activities. I have known many renewal moments in the church, as I am approaching my half century of life, and I have admired the evangelizing spirit of Holy Father John Paul II and Holy Father Benedict XVI. These two popes have influenced my spirituality  as they have impacted the world, nations, communities, families, and individuals in direction of  the Church in the guidance of Holy Spirit. If I may compare them both kept the importance of evangelization in primary action of  the church as priority, however the approach and methodologies differ and they are unique to the times of the world and response of the church to the world's need. Highlighting the visible majesty of the Church to the world was major thrust in Pope John Paul II's  apostolic mission. Community participation of the church in the world's needs including the aspects of the social evangelization was the hallmark of Pope John Paul style. His role model spoke very loud and echoed all the dimensions and domains of the world. There was no area or world's domain where church could not intervene. Attaining Ecumenism and unifying the churches, breaking the walls of divisions were the specific realized objectives of Pope John Paul II. Evangelization of youth was his focus, I would call him as charismatic, youth centered, social minded, action oriented pope. His approach of evangelization was addressing global view of the church.

Following him Pope Benedict the XVI's approach echoes the inner evangelization of the Church. Building the bonds, trusts, strength, and stamina of Mother Church is his thrust. Inner healing of the Church, ministers, and faithful is his hallmark reign. While he also continues the foot steps of Pope John Paul II, he has his unique approach to evangelization. Renewing the Church traditions, magisterium, and services in faith, prayers and penance are some of his realistic agendas. In his reign renewal of families, individuals, and the church ministers are underway. There are evidences of returning faithfuls to mother church. I would call him as a contemplative pope, inner healing pope, model of sanctity, such leadership is the need of our times now, designed by the perfect will of God and the guidance of Holy Spirit. Pope leads church action in spiritual renewals. He places spiritual renewals of families and church as the priority foundations to serve the world. His model of evagelization is prayers, penenance, sacrements, and tradition. Multitudes who hungered for the traditions and sacraments are returning back to the church. It is almost look like a family reunion is underway in the heart of mother Church in this year of faith. I do believe there will be a record number of faithful returning  to mother church in the upcoming year of faith. It is so profound that the world is ready for the new harvest and the new evagelization is the tool to gather the souls.

Looking back in the history, if we analyze the history of evangelization, before any evangelization efforts could take place, there were almost always Blessed Virgin Mary's appearances and apparitions occurred in the various parts of the world, as she continues her apostolic mission in heaven and earth serving as our role model in evangelization, carrying Gospel to the world. If we pay close attention to our times here and now, Blessed Virgin Mary is very active in renewal of families and she has began a new ministry in the world now, where she meets the people house to house and door to door. She gathers and unifies the faithful youth towards the very holy call of Holy family. She draws the the families towards her immaculate heart and to follow her immaculate model of virtues. From this moment of  new evangelization of Virgin Mary conversion of souls has become a gross root process. If we look around the houses and churches we can see the signs of new evagelization, such as consecration of families, youth interested in church traditions, youth and familes recitating  rosaries, renewal of family prayers, motivation for bible studies, and studying the Church traditions and saints life are some of the tangible evidences among the faithful. There are increase numbers of  prayerful efforts in families and parishes to renew the prayerful life. There will be a surge and urgent needs for holy parish priests everywhere to guide the people. We could almost count on increase in diocescean priests vocation. There is increase in initiations or renewal of faithful prayerful gatherings in the name of holy family and Blessed virgin Mary. It appears as though Virgin Mary is preparing families to recieve the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit through dood to door evangelization. She is in action as she has now moved from mystical relam to the realistic natural relam within the conversions of families. Dear Mother is  so near when we come together for Holy sacrifice at holy Mass and when we pray within our families, and when we recite rosaries. It is palpable that  she is in the process of healing the families. New evagelization is in progress!

Let us pray for our Pope and our Mother Church! Amen!
