Tenth Station: Jesus striped of garments
Psalm 51
“Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God,
you who are God my Savior,
and my tongue will sing of your righteousness.”


Father, we pray and meditate your beloved Son Jesus Christ's passions, through which you redeemed the world. We stand with the crowd who insulted Him with their words and actions. We participated with the people who offered Him to carry the cross. We identify our sins with your Son's cross. We refuse to remember the goodness and miracles we received from you in times of troubles and tribulations. We fail to carry our own crosses and follow you in this life, instead we have increased crosses for others by our words and actions.It is our sins and weakness caused Jesus to die in the cross. We unit our prayer, with Immaculate Heart of Mary, who accompanied her Son's way of the cross. We offer Jesus Christ's sufferings in taking upon the humiliating heavy cross and His pains and embarrassments inflicted by the human judgment and the sufferings of immaculate heart of Mary in atonement of our sins. Have mercy on us Lord!

Subjected himself in human judgment,

Realizing suffering of Holy Trinity in Human Jesus,

Striped of His choirs of angels,
Striped of His Glory in Heaven,
Suffered the humiliation,
Striped of garment,

Lust filled sins

Striped of His miracles,
Striped of His friends,
Suffered the humiliation,
Exposed nakedness,
In redemption of human
Shame filled scandal sins
Thy redemption

Love that divine

The creator, The Father,

Striped of His grace,
Striped of His strength,
Suffered the humiliation,
Stripped of dignity,
In redemption of human
Sins against human dignity
Thy redemption

Striped of His refreshing spirit,
Striped of His saving word,
Striped of human dignity,
Suffered the humiliation in body, mind, and soul,
Suffered rejection in body, mind, soul,
Suffered pain in body, mind, and soul,
As he let human strip of his garments,
Ransomed His divine and human dignity

All that to save me from hell
All that to embrace me in love
All that to relate with me in friendship
All that to portray His saving love for me
Thy redemptive love
