Thirteenth Station: My soul magnifies the Lord!

48 And when they saw him they were astonished;
and his mother said to him, "Son, why have you treated us so?
Behold, your father and I have been looking for you anxiously."
49 And he said to them, "How is it that you sought me?
Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?"
50 And they did not understand the saying which he spoke to them.51 And he went down with them and came to Nazareth,and was obedient to them;
and his mother kept all these things in her heart."

The mother of God,
Embraced the savior body,
Simmered on Son's words,
who journeyed with the Son all along,
Who was united in heart with Son,
Who kept all these things in her heart.
once she lost Him,
In the Jerusalem streets,
In the anxious searching,
In weeping tears,
Asked Him,
"Son, why have you treated us so?
Now she looked at His lifeless body,
Once again lost Him,
Conversed with the cold body,
Embraced Him close to her heart,
Asking,
"Son, why have you treated us so?
Then she remembers,
Then Her Son saying,
Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?"

The mother of God,
Looked at her Son,
Looked up to heaven,
Grieved in heart, mind, soul, and spirit
Speechless with inconsolable grief
caressed son with tender motherly love embrace
Helpless to help but fearless to trust God
Prayed in silence saying
Amen, I am your servant
My soul magnifies the Lord!

The mother of God,
Held savior body,
Close to her warm bosoms,
Close to her immaculate heart,
Pondered on Gabriel s annunciation,
That the Holy spirit shadow upon her,
Looking Son's body,
She pondered on strength of Holy spirit,
Holding Son of God,
In Him,
Through Him,
With Him,
She held the father's word, Holy Spirits power, and Son of God,
She visioned the holy Trinity,
Who kept all these things in her heart."
In compassion,
In weeping tears,
She cried saying,
"Son, why have you treated us so?
Then she remembers,
Then Her Son saying,
Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?"


The mother of God,
Looked at her Son,
Looked up to heaven,
Grieved in heart, mind, soul, and spirit
Speechless with inconsolable grief
caressed son with tender motherly love embrace
Helpless to help but fearless to trust God
Prayed in silence saying
Amen, I am your servant
My soul magnifies the Lord!

The mother of God,
Holding savior body,
With tender passion on son,
caressed Him, kissed him,
with limitless love of mother,
Knowing He is son of God,
who kept all the things in her heart,
In Him,
through him,
with Him,
She held the new creation,
Held the salvation of earth and heavens,
Mother of God became,
mother of salvation,
Creation became,
Mother of creator,
Created mother became,
Creators mother,
Through him,
All creations recreated,
All salvation ensued,
Mother of all saved creations,
Mother of earth and heavens,
Through Him in Him,
She held the whole creation in her tender arms,
Through Him, In Him,
She held the creator,
Pondering and wondering,
She cried saying,
"Son, why have you treated us so?
Then she remembers,
Then Her Son saying,
Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?"

The mother of God,
Looked at her Son,
